Return Policy

We want you to love your Dermama experience! If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. See below our step by step return policy instructions.

1. Contact Us First

Email our support team at info@dermamaaustralia.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for return.

2. Wait for Return Approval

Once your return is approved, we will reply with our response and return address. You will have to send the item back to us at your own expense unless the item is faulty.

3. Package the Item Securely

Ensure the product is in its original packaging, unused, and safely packaged for return.

4. Ship the Item Back

Return Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or incorrect. In the instance the item is faulty Dermama will provide a prepaid satchel for return.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we can’t guarantee we’ll receive your returned item without it.

Return Time frame

Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
